After my first visit in the Salty Malt and getting the quest about the thugs from the owner, as well as talking to the father of the missing boy, once i leave the Salty Malt all commoners, fishermen ect. are suddenly hostile. Did i make somehow a wrong decision in the Salty Malt? The problem is also that although they attack first, the Justiciars joining them once i hit them and it brings some reputation hits... I dont remember that from my first game, so i am a bit at a loss whats going on...
