    Lol, nvm, I figured out that it was happening because I was in the ghost ship, didn't realize it makes you immune to storms.

    I bound lord darryn's voulge to Eder and fully upgraded it. Later I severed the binding and bound it to Rekke. I cannot complete the 2nd level binding (sail into a storm), as I just sail right through the storm without triggering the scripted interaction. Any way to fix this? Apparently my save file is too big to attach, let me know if you want it via some other method.
