I had this problem on one of my games also. It seemed to happen when my charachter was in the middle of the LS/DS meter. It's like the game can't decide whether to place Hanharr or Mira into your party. I had a game saved before I went into the JekJek Tarr and I was able to bump the charachter into LS before taking on that mission. Unless you have a save that's prior to entering the underground facility, I'm pretty sure you'll have to start over.

My charachter was equipped with the Electrical Capacitance Belt during the seen when Goto captures you in the fighting pit. This seems to have caused my charachter not to be captured, instead he was back at the ventilation controls. I had been through that part of the game before, so I recognized that the cut scene didn't trigger properly. I loaded an earlier save, changed the belt and then it seemed to work correctly. Just figured I'd pass that on in case anyone had a similar problem. This game is really good in terms of story, but the glitches are getting frustrating.

I took part in the palace attack on Onderon, but I never got to interact with the Jedi Kavar. There was a huge framerate drop during the battle and then it went directly to the cutscene of the Queen being killed. In the quests completed screen it says that I fought and killed Kavar but I didn't and didn't search his remains if there are any. Now it seems the game won't progress any further. I'm pretty sure I've completed all the tasks given for the other planets, but the game won't progress. Did Kavar have codes or something to get back to Telos' Academy? Any advice would be appreciated. I saved my games in multiple slots, but I think the saves were too far after Onderon's completion to help with this. One other thing, when I ask T3 for a list of the Jedi masters and their locations, it lists Kavar as on Onderon, not deceased like the Jedi on Korriban.
