I'm very excited to play the game, and I've tried to get my head around the somewhat unorthodox attribute system. BB players tell me dexterity affects action speed and reflexes. But when I checked the official manual today I found something called "Dexterity Accuracy Bonus" in the Tables section (Table 1. page 69): http://cdn.akamai.steamstatic.com/steam/apps/291650/manuals/pe-game-manual.pdf What is it? Is this information based on an older build or something coming in a day 1 patch?
