    I waited for the patch to drop and tried again. I had the same result. So I opened an older save and tried some quests there with the same result: an unending stream of XP until the map changed. I'm not sure what I'll do now, try a really old save or maybe wipe the install and start again.

    Everytime I talk with Serel at the Salty Mast and offer her 6000 for the amulet I receive an unending stream of XP. I just keep leveling up and up and up.
