  1. Yep that seems to be the same issue I am having. Much to my disappointment the problem still exists in the 1.3 update.
  2. Update: Now the bug has gotten worse. Save/realoding no longer fixed it and i have to restart the entire game now. Also adding some of the files you wanted https://www.dropbox.com/sh/z8wfxighm5k2cx1/AABASQj-MUOjX8234_RyFSroa?dl=0 I hope this can be fixed soon as it is making it look like I might have to put playing this great game on hold until then.
  3. I don't know if this is the place to report this, but I have been running into this same issue on and off. The game will be fine one minute and the next it does this Edit: Forgot to put in some more info. It only does that when my characters are moving around. Once they stop it goes back to normal until they move again and if I save/reload it also fixed the issue for a little while as well.
