    The manoeuvring skill sounds good. The ability to overcome encumbrance should also improve encumbered movement. Perhaps a feat which allows a bonus towards encumbered movement based on CON? This way, the character needs to take a feat and also be tough. So most wizards would gain a small bonus, but they could improve it if they are strong or have a fitness spell.
