Logarithmic? I would think exponential would be better, though still low amounts of exp

[Rogue-like archery class]

Actually, I hope the ranger class is not an archery heavy class. Or atleast not a range weapon only class. I'm fine with that being an option for them, but rangers were always more of wilderness warriors to me, and ones not specifically tied to bows.

I feel the same about rangers. I mean, look at Aragorn, the original ranger. He was definitely a wildness warrior more than an archer

[Wizard in armor and two handed sword, what's the drawback?]

I think like some people have stated, the tradeoff will be you will be less specialized and therefore less effective overall. A wizard would have to put points in intelligence to cast his spells effectively, constitution to survive and strength to be able to use the heavy armor and greatsword. That makes you a bit less effective in combat than if you just went intelligence and a bit of constitution or a warrior that has strength and constitution.

[Bows: Limited ammo?]

I say limited ammo, add that bit of tactical micromanagement. However, this is only if you can hold a large stack of ammunition and not have it take up a lot of your inventory.
