(2 days ago) My situation: I started playing the game on my laptop (WIN 10). Sometimes I had connection, sometimes not. On holidays with bad wifi. Now I want to continue to play the game with my regular PC (also WIN10), but there is no Continue option, its grey. The game is not synchronizing? When i want to use the LINK button on the laptop its greyed out for Dektop. Please help.
