Dialog, best seen and not heard?

Go the BG/PS:T style of voice acting. Good written dialogue is more immersive then bad voice acting, cheaper too! That being said, I like fully VA'd RPGs when the voice acting and the script are both done well. -
I haven't seen any devs mention a mod kit.
