Savior

I was wondering, this had pre-order dlc (Two things, a stealth pack and an assault pack) Well I'd really like to get them, but I don't think they are available as normal DLC now? I was wondering why, Usually pre order dlc comes out as normal dlc later. So I was wondering if they had any plans to release it, Or if anyone had it and wouldn't mind sharing it? Lol.
