    Sorry about the thread necromancy, but I have the same issue. I used to play the game a few years ago and I'd like to buy it as a download (from say steam or another online retailer.) Is there really no (legal) alternative to buying the game on cd? That seems an odd decision for a game like this which should have a lot of retro gaming fans (particularly this close to the launch of SW:ToR.)
