Problems when I start game.

i installed the game and manage to go until the menu. then i exited to add the serial for the exclusive content. after that the game crashses after the obsidian video. i am running a win7 ultimate with 4gb ram and 2 ati radeon 3870 with crossfire. anyone can help?
