[/i Ohai Kittah Where exactly in the game does it explain that because I am not seeing it

I am wondering what each spell on weapons and armor does? I cant recall exact names off the top of my heard but they are... Stagger ????? Lightning These are the magical spells with a +1 - 100 on them... Where is that list of what these spells do and what do they mean? It's really great to have these but unless I know what Mana Vampire means it really does not tell me a lot.. Of course one would assume mana vampire means it drains mana from who you are attacking.. Is this documented anywhere? Is there a list so I know what spells I want and dont want? Also is there a list what all your stats means per char? Agility, Stam, Willpower, Block, etc I know what Stam does as in giving you more life... But what does agility do and what classes use it? Since the manual is non existant this is why I am asking... I am playing on PC and I have downloaded the manual which is worthless.. Cant figure out why they put a manual in the box that is 4 pages longer in the download yet they bothered to create one for the box.
