    At the begining, my game was fast and everything ran smooth, including Clearinghouse. But then windows update kicked in, and shutdown my computer to update. When it restarted, Alpha protocol wouldn't run, so I reinstaled it, and everything worked well.... Until i got to clearinghouse. I needed ammo for the assault rifle, and i found out (the hard way) that it would take almost 3 minutes to buy 200 rounds. Maybe it is a update in windows that causes it.
