It has worked for me, the VPs are in the room now. I have, however, started playing a different game because I was blocked in TOW2, so I'm going to stick with that. When I finish it I'll consider whether to resume TOW2 or not.

Yes, it would be good to have a timeline. I'm now busy modding CP2077, but I'll move on and start another game soon and, when I do, the chances that I'll come back to TOW2 to finish it are slim.

I have the same issue too, the VPs are nowhere to be found. I've gone and explored everything else waiting for an hotfix and I've now run out of places that I had not been to. I was hoping that a patch would come, but unfortunately I am now going to not finish this and move on to another game. Unless a patch arrives this week, it is unlikely that I'll get back to it, which also means that I won't bother with any DLC. Shame.
