I’m playing on Xbox Series X/PC and encountered a bug where a passive mutation in Category (A) specifically (Javelineer) won’t deactivate. It continues to consume a slot/value, preventing me from selecting an active mutation in that category. This issue does not occur in Category (B) or other categories. The problem started after updating to PTB v0.3.01 and loading a save from v0.2.0.1 (prior to the active/passive mutation split). In the previous version, I had (Cardio Fan & Javelineer) equipped and was able to freely deactivate and swap mutations without issue.
