    Not sure if this is a bug or feature. The mod "Beacons" and "Lit Fuse" have an issue with their interaction. The damage from the rifle appears to be classified as explosive in terms of scaling with the skill, but it does not add temp hit points as suggested with the armor when worn. Cheers!
