I was able to complete mission Brain Benders of Auntie's Choice without having first completed mission "bit of refreshing news" , which remained in the ‘rumors/hearsay’ section and never activated. At this point I’m about ten hours of gameplay later and I don’t intend to reload, but the fact that it’s still sitting in the list of unfinished quests is annoying.”
