When will the next Patch drop

Same thing. I've been checking every day since November 12th to see if a patch has been released. -
I returned for Aza to go with her on the quest, but there's just a marker above where she's supposed to be. I watched a video on YouTube, and apparently she's supposed to be sitting there searching a corpse. Is there a fix for this bug? I'm playing on an Xbox.
