Same here unfortunately. I went and did all I could on the other planets I guess I'll wait for one more patch.

Experiencing on PS5.

I am having this exact same issue. I did have what might be a bit of a sequence break which may have been the cause. I was able to jump to the second story before picking up the Rift anomaly modulator and took out all of the guards and stopped the lockdown security measures. Then after picking up the modulator I am softlocked in those three rooms, killing Vaillancourt does nothing. Unfortunately I do not have a save before taking out the guards.
