    Liberate Spireton Bug-Uncompleteable

    I had the same issue but I was able to fix it. Once I crossed the bridge, to the archive, I started getting notices that someone had spotted the bodies I left there. I fast traveled back to spireton and found a protectorate opposer and killed him, completing the mission. Hope its that simple of a fix for you.
