32GB RAM / I7 14700KG / RTX 4070 SUPER / Win 11 Pro
Highest visual settings, RT ON, DLSS Quality, 1080, latest Outer Words 2 patch as for Nov 2.
If I set my CPU cores (28) to run always unparked, and using Performant processors for short and long threads, the game crashes always while loading shaders (it doesn't happen with any other game).
If I allow core parking while loading shaders and a savegame, and then I set all my cores to run unparked, then the game runs perfectly until something new is loaded, then crashes again.
If I allow parked cores all the time then the game runs without any crash.
There could be a problem with thread management while loading data.
