I reloaded back to the end of the intro and rushed to this bounty to see if I could get it to complete. I was able to finish it this time and I did notice a difference. When I was trying to get it to complete before, there was always just one drone in the fenced area before the waves triggered. This time there were two. I don't know if the waves are triggered off of total kills or something, but I did find that interesting.

Whenever I attempt this bounty, I kill the first wave and then nothing else happens. The attached screenshot shows the second wave of drones in their docks, but the docks do not open. I've reloaded the game, teleported to different areas and come back. I even restarted my computer once. I always reload a save the is at the start of the quest so I can try and trigger the waves again. I've tried 10 or more times at this point and it just appears to be broken.
