Constant/Rapid Recovery stopped working on my two fighters (Watcher and Eder) recently. I don't know when it kicked in exactly since I've been exploring Neketaka, so I haven't been fighting much.
It doesn't even show up on the character sheet under core fighter skills, but the skill tree shows that both characters "Already have" both Constant and Rapid recovery.
Out of curiosity, I respeced my watcher, and had the skill again at level 1.
Is there a way to get the skill back without respecing both characters? I'm reluctant to do so since that'd be all the money I currently have.
