BUG: Hand over the Calcaduceus

After the archive repairs and riftdata restore. I got the choice to hand over or continue Explorer the planet. Choosed to continue explore to finish other quests. but when returned to finish the hand over quest it wont ”start”. The screen glitches alittle, But then nothing.
