Here's the thing: even if I complete all her quests, I'll still be missing one. After completing her second quest, I didn't get the upgrade. Either this upgrade is easy to miss, or it's a bug.

Yeah, I've run into this issue too. This mission seems to have a ton of bugs.

After spending 5000 bits to purchase the recipe, when I returned to Middle Manager Twombly, he couldn't recognize the recipe in my inventory. This caused the quest to get stuck. Has anyone else encountered a similar issue?
