    No it's the inhaler sound that is hardcoded to F even we rebind it.

    Hello, There’s a very frustrating issue for AZERTY keyboard users: the Z key, which should be mapped for moving forward, seems to be hardcoded to trigger the inhaler sound. Even if we remap the movement key from W to Z to match an AZERTY layout, pressing Z still plays the inhaler sound. This makes the game almost unplayable for us, as the inhaler sound keeps triggering every time we try to move forward. Please fix this issue. While switching to a QWERTY layout is technically possible, it’s not practical since AZERTY users are not used to that key mapping, which makes the overall gameplay experience very uncomfortable.
