It has happened twice to me. The first time I thought I’d dropped them and went through the whole map looking for them. Then I made another pair and I understood then that they disappear when you have full inventory and change to the torch. They don’t drop, it’s like if they go to an “invisible” inventory slot. Obviously a bug, please Obsidian, fix it.. I love the daggers
