    Can't start Mix.R due to game not recognizing I have completed all ORC Receivers.

    I had the same error. I waited about 24-36 hours IRL. During that time, we started the server several times to do other things (together with friends, different people hosted). Once, it turned out that the error fixed itself after the time described above. All you can do is be patient.
