After initially gaining access to Solace Keep (via the drawbridge), I gathered multiple Starmetal fragments across the world and returned to the keep to turn them in to Forgemaster Dela, this is after visiting him the first time when I just had 1 piece. However, after progressing in the main quest (“Our Dreams Divide Us Still”), the drawbridge to Solace Keep re-raised and lava is now spewing across the path again despite the sluice gates having already been opened earlier. Attempts to re-lower the drawbridge or interact with the sluice system do not trigger any quest or world state updates. I have Marius in my party, and the original dialogue options that allowed me entry are no longer available. I now have all remaining starmetal fragments but cannot deliver them, and cannot complete Forged of Star Stuff or upgrade the starmetal weapon further.
