    two more things I have found. first: I have over 20 gold cards and still no trapper peeper unlocked Second: I have noticed that if you take any amount of damage while standing on top of a bug you instantly die. This has happened to me fighting a wolf spider where it hit me mid air while i landed on a larva. This has also happened when taking fall damage on a buggy, where instead of being thrown off to the side, you are thrown to where you land on the buggy, killing you immediately.

    Im not sure if this is a bug or a feature, but when fighting the wolf spiders, their attacks seem to have a vacuum effect where they pull me into the wolf spider
