I've had a similar issue. I remapped my dodge to "left alt" and my crouch to "left Ctrl" and sometimes when I load in my dodge won't work, but will still be tied to the key I told it to be tied to

I haven't had as many issues, honestly have started hunting them. They telegrapgh their moves pretty hard it seems. So as long as your on your parry game its not too bad. I know that doesn't work for all builds. I gotta experiment with ranger options still, I imagine the dodge action will be huge in such a build.
