Yeah had this as well, but haven't had it happen again since update

I have now lost all of the weapons i have obtained, to the swap glitch. This seems to be happening mostly when swapping from weapons to omni-tool and back. They are not dropping on the ground; or if they are, they are falling through the ground every time. Thanks for looking into this, can't play till that gets fixed.

Xbox series X. Weapons disappearing (1h and 2h), happened multiple times. Seems to happen when I mount a buggy when my inventory is full. Example: Gloom weaver equipped in main hand, torch in off, mount buggy with full inventory, item is gone. Does not seem to drop on ground. Request: don't unequip weapons when mounting. Thanks.
