  1. Could possibly just disconnect your steam from you xbox account through the app and then retry, but these were the steps I took.
  2. I'VE FOUND A FIX THAT WORKED FOR ME I made a new xbox account (had to make a fake email and everything). Logged into that xbox account on the xbox app on my PC. Profile > Settings > Link Steam. Linked my steam account to the new fake Xbox account. Launched grounded 2 from my steam Still didn't work initially. Enable crossplay > sign in to that new fake Xbox account > click multiplayer > fixed it Quit grounded 2 Launch Xbox App > Sign out of fake new xbox account > sign in to your REAL Xbox account > Profile > Settings > Link your steam to your REAL Xbox account Launched grounded 2 and it worked and is fully connected to my REAL xbox account and working

  4. My friend is having this issue constantly. Bought the game on steam, and has an active xbox account. Every time he clicks multiplayer (with or without cross play enabled) he gets Xbox account required error. My game works fine, but even me logging into his steam from my PC and trying it, the error still happens. Did a lot of research on it, nothing has fixed it. Any help?
