For the past few weeks, I've been playing a completionist single player world. I have gotten all 123 milk molars, all 55 sca.b, every single data item, I've beaten every boss, and I even got every mutation just in case. However, even though I've triple checked everything a thousand times, the game keeps telling me I'm at 99% and the tip is saying "collect more yard data".
