Hi, I too have discovered I have this problem. I have tried multiple different fixes that have been recommended in other forums but to no avail. Either just entering character creation or very soon after starting creation of my character it will freeze, not allowing any input from the controller. Music continues though. When I press the dashboard button the screen will fade a little but nothing else for around 10 seconds before finally crashing and I will have to load again. Tried this around 15 to 20 times with various different fixes in between such as moving it from internal storage to my expansion card, deleting the save data and trying from blank etc. This is on a Microsoft console, series X. These issues should not be happening. Given the amount of time since release it doesn't look like it will be fixed anytime soon so I have simply uninstalled it and unfortunately I don't see myself going back to it unless the issue is fixed. I'm not going to hold my breath, it doesn't sound like this issue is being taken seriously from what I can find in various sites and forums when I was researching what I could do to fix it.
