Potions Cause Crashes - XSX

I'm getting some serious instant crashing, sending right back to Dashboard immediately. This seems to be caused by drinking a potion (in combat?) Xbox Series X, Latest update, all usual fixes tried, no hope so far. I'm in Galawains Tusk, just about to reach the Entrance To The Garden. This SUCKS.
