I restarted the Tusks storyline from an earlier save. Instead of just jumping into the main story I worked on side missions until I was able to complete Marius' story. After that I ran the Dreams Still Divide, and it progressed with no more issues.

I'm having the same issue. No matter how slow or quick I kill everything the game will not progress. It's almost like there are a few dreamthralls stuck where they can't be reached

I tried this and still cannot progress. It will not let Maris confront me about the decision
