    I have solved my problem today by updating the firmware of my gigabyte mainboard. The game loaded fine now, i can play. Thanks for the tips.

    I forgot to mention that i reinstalled the video driver several times, i started the launcher with -dx11 and could then create a character, but it stopped right after going to the main game.
