    There's a number of fixes out there that did NOT help me. The one thing that did was looking up errors in event viewer -> administrative events. Specifically, Update #3 from the OP in the thread below; replacing all child object permissions with inheritable permissions on C:\users\%username%\AppData\... [Solved] Some Apps from Microsoft Store has permission error and - Microsoft Community
