How hard is it to fix a bug that prevents continuing the game? This is just madness

Have the same issue the last save file is 6 hours before this bug basically 2 hours in the game it’s impossible to fast travel out of this situation or reload please fix this with an update or give a solution it’s impossible to proceed the game!
