I’ve tried and tried to change my settings to make the fatal errors stop but they just won’t. I was able to play the game long enough my first day to be beyond Steam’s refund window. I’ve tried to get help on the tech forums only to get no replies. I’ve googled, I’ve reset, I’ve verified and reinstalled and it’s just a waste of time. I’ve gotten no responses from the Obsidian or Avowed Twitter accounts and it’s just…ugh. Can I get my money back somehow? Does anyone know a process?

So prior to the update yesterday, I was getting Alabama’s maybe twice a day, and could play for 6+ hours without receiving the fatal error. Since the update, I’ve crashed at least once within every hour of gameplay. I have lowered my settings to the bottom of the barrel and disabled everything it tells me to, but the playability is just getting worse. I have an Alienware X17 R2 with an nVidia GeForce RTX 3070 Ti. The game runs at High with no issues or stuttering, no visual artifacts, but I get Alabama’s regardless. I’m well past Steam’s bogus refund window, but I really want to play the game anyway. Help me?
