    Yes! A new patch just dropped today and even though this issue wasn't mentioned anywhere in the patch notes, I just loaded up my save and the issue is fixed! Silvo is inside the barn now.

    This happened to me too. There's no map marker showing where to turn it in, but if you travel back to Dawnshore, then go to Sanza's Emporium in Paradis Hightown and talk to Sanza, you'll be able to turn in the quest.

    I'm at a point in the 'The Animancy Method' quest where I need to 'Put Down Silvo the Revenant'. He is supposed to be in a barn, but when I go in there he is nowhere to be found. I've loaded numerous older saves with no luck. I also tried the saving and reloading method that was mentioned in today's patch notes re: missing NPCs. Anyone encounter this and have a fix? I'm assuming this is just a bug I'll need to wait for another patch for before I can continue (Playing on Xbox Series X).
