    I'm unable to complete the Dawntreader quest

    I am also in the situation that elroy11981 is in. Caedmon is outside and it not interactable, Ofryc is no where to be found with a marker that is somewhere below apothecary, and I was informed by the bridge keeper that people are suffering in the cave. So as Elroy state it sounds like not finishing this quest before I start something in Emeral Stairs will prob force me to fail it at some point. 😕 Is there any way to reset this?
