An Untimely End quest bug?

My dialogue box wont open when i find runyd to interact, she just says bother me no more over and over. This is the only thing in this quest and it wont interact, she just rambles. all tasks completed or this. FRUSTRATED -

anyone else experiencing this? -
Have every objective completed for this quest, but when I go into Runyd house the dialogue doesnt start. She just keeps saying "trouble me no more" and I cant complete the quest! PLEASE HELP
