FSR keeps turning on

Can’t edit my post. I noticed it is on again after I have turned it off* and made sure to apply changes. -
Hi there, I prefer to play with FSR turned off as I have no issues with performance, and FSR gives things a strange look sometimes. However, I’ve noticed that when I run the game again, it is back on again after I’ve turned it on and applied the changes. Is a fix possible? Extra awesome if Intel XeSS could also be added, as it looks better than FSR.
