Player is able to survive fall through death plane due to second wind triggering. This allows the player to walk around under the map, and eventually crashes their pc. Furthermore if they create a save while under the map, and then load that save there are some even stranger results - their character will become a floating set of arms and legs, along with any equipment they are wearing. Steps to repro: 1. Launch Avowed 2. Locate a spot that contains a swinging axe trap, and a large fall (The Garden location works well) 3. Ensure you have Second Wind ready 4. Approach the axe trap and right as its about to swing, jump into the hole. You want the axe to hit you as you're falling. 5. Observe Second Wind triggering when the player falls and hits the death plane/collision volume below the map. Expected results: Second Wind should not trigger from hitting a death plane, maybe not even from any environmental damage? Actual results: Second Wind triggers if a player is hit by a trap while falling to their death. Here's a video showing both surviving the fall, and loading into a save created down there.
