    Premium pre-purchase addition access?

    Bought Premium on Battle.net and it won't let me patch. I have been in contact with one of Obsidian's employees, whom gave me the formulaeic treatment. I finished the steps and nothing. Won't let me patch, won't let me in. I am getting tired now and I might just go to bed defeated, checking back in the morning.
