    Crossplay Connectivity Issue

    Hello all! I recently purchased Grounded via the Microsoft store for PC and my buddy purchased it on PS5. We both have enabled crossplay and have each other added through our Microsoft accounts, and can see each other in our friends list. however neither one of us can join the host lobby. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the game to see if that works it doesn’t. I have already unlinked and relinked my Microsoft account; and still no luck.

Configure browser push notifications
Chrome (Android)
  1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
  2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
  3. Adjust your preference.
Chrome (Desktop)
  1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
  2. Select Site settings.
  3. Find Notifications and adjust your preference.
